Description

Splits Wrangler versions by runtime support while regenerating the dependency lockfile.

Fixes #1011

Changes

• Use Wrangler 4.86.0 for the root workspace and www, with Node >=20.3.0 to satisfy OpenNext.
• Keep Node 18-compatible Wrangler 4.47.0 for the sample app, starter template, and stats workspace.
• Add CI coverage verifying the sample app’s workspace-local Wrangler runs on Node 18.
• Regenerate package-lock.json.

Testing

• npm install
• Node 20: npm ci
• Node 20: npm exec --workspace=my-sonicjs-app -- wrangler --version
• npm run type-check
