SlicerIGT extension: Modules names in English

The SlicerIGT extension has been fully translated to French. However, the names of the modules still appear in English.

There is a pending PR that proposed a fix to this issue.
I think that whenever it's validated, it should have been OK.
@lassoan, let me know if there's any additional work to do in that PR.
