⚡ Bolt: Send contact emails concurrently

What: Send the notification and auto-reply emails concurrently using Promise.all.
Why: To prevent accumulated latency and reduce the overall worker execution time since these two HTTP requests are independent.
Impact: Halves the latency introduced by external email provider API calls.
Measurement: Observe reduced worker execution time in Cloudflare Worker logs.
