multiple bugs in smithed.item lib

- warped fungus on a stick is in the get_max file but not in the generated dependency when downloading packs from website
- elytra item gets removed instead of remaining broken
- old item lore gets removed
- hideflags not working properly (?)
- attribute modifiers lore being generated even tho item has `AttributeModifiers:[]`
