Setting overlayRatio doesn't allow the image to be left uncropped.

I am using CropType.Static. If I set overlayRatio = 0.8f for example. The image cannot be zoomed out to be smaller than the screen, so user cannot fit it all inside the overlay. (Hope that makes sense, it's kinda hard to explain)
