Unable to identify/download Youtube videos #1

I have installed the package from Pypi. I was able to install all dependent packages as listed in the README.
I try to open the GUI from terminal using

$ firedm

I tried downloading https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T1HWSFe6P6Y but was unable to download video as it downloads the html file.
firedm-vid-issue

Checked for ffmpeg

$ ffmpeg --help
ffmpeg version 4.2.4-1ubuntu0.1 Copyright (c) 2000-2020 the FFmpeg developers
  built with gcc 9 (Ubuntu 9.3.0-10ubuntu2)

Am I missing something?
