The release workflow built rescue.img and memtest.img only, while the README documents three USB images. Add the build-wipe-usb.sh step and compress its artifact too.

Closes #48108. The release workflow now also builds
wipe.imgviabin/build-wipe-usb.shand compresses it into the release artifacts, matching the three images the README documents. YAML parses clean.
