Validate svMultiPhysics with svSolver

Problem

We would like to validate the svMultiPhysics with svSolver for all simulation types.

Solution

Run simulations using the same mesh and solver parameters.

Simulation types to be compared (at baseline):
Wall deformation: rigid, CMM
BC types: 1) steady or unsteady inflow with zero pressure, constant pressure, R, RCR; 2) imposed pressure at inlet and outlet, 3) hard coded vs. coupled LPN.
Linear solver choice: trilinos, FSILS

Start with a cylinder model, then proceed to multiple outlets.

Here is a working spreadsheet of the factorial combinations of cylinder runs. Starting with steady flow at 0, constant, R and RCR pressure seems make sense.
