The landing's heading uses Fraunces, but its extra font preload requested unused Newsreader Text. Replace that hint with the existing Fraunces normal face so the browser can discover the heading font earlier and avoid the unused request. Font definitions, CSS, content, images, motion, app routes and tracking remain unchanged.
Validation: frozen pnpm10.33.2 install; Astro check (six files, zero diagnostics); Astro production build; Biome check (542 files). Desktop1350px and mobile412px Chrome checks confirmed byte-identical CSS, identical content/links/images, loaded font roles and geometry, with no overflow or page errors. The compiled candidate was checked against the current live page as well as a controlled one-hint toggle. Fresh five-sample baseline is96desktop/90mobile; post-release PSI qualification remains pending, so no score improvement is claimed here.
