Notes on unverifiable issue claims

The submission checked several optional boxes I could not confirm against the live site, so I left them off rather than assert them:

• Pricing / free trial / freemium: no pricing page exists (the /pricing path 404s) and no plan details were provided, so pricing is marked unavailable with an empty plan list.
• SSO and SOC 2 Type II: not referenced anywhere on the site, so left unset.
