A fork of the servercleanup from Jamster (https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=1023928).
Version 1.3.0 adds/fixes:
- Added one run per day option, writing date to file to preserve day of last run
- Changed to newdecls
- smlogs_type 0 & 1: Made the StrContains case sensitive with "L" to retain other logfiles starting with l
