feat: improve chat page ui consistency [NSOC'26]

Problem

The Team Chat page UI looked visually inconsistent compared to the rest of the FlowForge dashboard pages.
Spacing, container styling, message layout, and overall structure did not match the design system used in Workspace and other sections.

Improved the chat page UI to align with the existing FlowForge dashboard design and create a more consistent user experience.

Frontend

• Redesigned the Team Chat header section
• Added consistent card styling with rounded containers and shadows
• Improved spacing and layout structure
• Updated input fields styling
• Improved chat message bubble design
• Updated send button styling
• Added better alignment and typography consistency
• Improved overall responsiveness and visual hierarchy
