fix(kick): add native collectible emotes to autocomplete and menu

Summary

• include authenticated Kick collectible emotes in 7TV's : autocomplete
• load all native Kick emote groups in the KICK tab: channel/subscriber, Collectibles, Global, and Emojis
• mirror Kick's set icons in the menu sidebar and expand a set before scrolling to it

Testing

• verified :fire surfaces collectiblesFIRE
• verified Collectibles, channel, Global, and Emojis render in the KICK menu
• verified sidebar selection expands the target set
• ran Prettier, vue-tsc --noEmit, ESLint, Stylelint, and production builds
