build: sync Cargo.lock to the 1.0.0-beta.56 workspace version

[ScriptedAlchemy]

Release PR #2288 merged with Cargo.toml at 1.0.0-beta.56 while Cargo.lock still recorded the workspace-versioned members at 1.0.0-beta.55, so every --locked build on master fails.

Change: cargo metadata --format-version 1 --offline re-resolved the lock; only the three members that use version.workspace = true moved.

Evidence (local):

• cargo metadata --locked --offline --format-version 1 exit 0 (fails on origin/master)
• cargo check --locked -p tracedecay-cli exit 0 (hauler cc-4464)
