test: three suites still expect JSON-RPC errors for owner refusals now rendered as isError #2344

Description

@ScriptedAlchemy

On master f3f7e04 (after #2340 rendered graph-tool errors as typed isError problem results), these tests still expect a JSON-RPC error and fail:

  • tracedecay --lib daemon::tests::runtime_identity::concurrent_same_identity_worktrees_keep_exact_server_and_scheduler_bindings (runtime_identity.rs:280): a linked-worktree tracedecay_files refusal now arrives as result.isError=true with problem.code=code-graph-unavailable.
  • daemon_suite indexing_lifecycle_test::ignored_dependency_admission_survives_physical_daemon_restart_without_widening (indexing_lifecycle_test.rs:360): find_exact_symbol lazy admission refusal arrives as isError with application.symbol-graph.ignored-dependency-scheduler-unavailable instead of expect_err.
  • daemon_suite indexing_lifecycle_test::status_wait_for_returns_reached_with_the_saved_edit_generation (indexing_lifecycle_test.rs:566): code_index_freshness.status is stale after the delivered save and wait (may be fix(code-index): verify fresh waits cheaply and type delivered saves #2341-adjacent).

Reproduce: cargo test -p tracedecay --features test-transport,test-helpers --lib -- daemon::tests::runtime_identity and --test daemon_suite -- indexing_lifecycle. Observed while landing #2343, whose diff does not reach these paths.
