The messaging skill loaded bridge administration, approval schemas and CLI diagnostics for ordinary sends. Move those conditional procedures into one linked reference while retaining normal messaging, unknown-delivery handling and approval safeguards in the entrypoint. This reduces default skill text from 8,110 to 3,138 bytes (61%).
Validation: built and validated generated artifacts, verified the reference ships unchanged, and passed release-config and host-tool-inventory tests. MCP tool inventories remained byte-identical across repeated calls and fresh sessions for Codex, Claude, Cursor and Grok client identities; local channel request/reply checks passed for each identity.
