• transplant the public Skills, example guidance, dependency-upgrade reference, and bilingual authoring docs from local commit 6689a5048843a6f60bea580fcda207473ced9476 onto current origin/main
• make Skill triggers precise and imperative, keep conditional resources progressive, and preserve real safety and final-report requirements
• remove redundant ## When to use sections from the docs example and starter Skills, updating the emitted-example contract assertion
• correct reviewed claims about recorded host-test dumps, installed host-specific Skill paths, and audiobook mutation approval

AGENTS.md and CLAUDE.md are explicitly excluded; their governance rewrite remains on the original local branch.
