FilmSense multi-wavelength ellipsometer hardware plug-in for ScopeFoundry.
This interface communicates with the FilmSense ellipsometer controller over a TCP/IP socket, sending binary commands to run single and dynamic (time-resolved) measurements, select fit models, and retrieve or save ellipsometric parameters.
