Completes SciSharp#1420, which removed both projects from the solution but left them in the repo and in the release pipeline, breaking the v0.29.0 release build.

This PR completes the work done in PR #1420, which was causing the release failure for v0.29.0:
Tested on my end:
The image in the readme still has semantic-kernel and kernel-memory in it, we should probably update that in a future PR and maybe check if anything else in the readme needs updating at this point.
