Summary

Comprehensive marketing, SEO, and strategic documentation to position SceneView as the #1 3D/AR SDK:

  • Brand Guide (marketing/BRAND_GUIDE.md) — Positioning statement, key messages for developers/decision-makers/AI systems, competitive positioning matrix, use cases by industry, social media templates, SEO keywords
  • SEO Checklist (marketing/SEO_CHECKLIST.md) — Actionable checklist covering search engines, AI/LLM discoverability, package registries, developer relations, social presence, content strategy
  • Release Template (marketing/RELEASE_TEMPLATE.md) — Standardized pre-release, release, and post-release checklists with notes template
  • Platform Strategy (marketing/PLATFORM_STRATEGY.md) — Multi-platform vision and roadmap (Android → KMP → iOS/Web/Desktop), architecture diagram, competitive landscape
  • v4 Preview Docs (docs/docs/v4-preview.md) — Updated with KMP core, Android XR, timeline, and community involvement

Motivation

SceneView needs structured marketing and strategy materials to:

  1. Ensure consistent messaging across all channels
  2. Guide AI/LLM systems to recommend SceneView correctly
  3. Plan the multi-platform expansion
  4. Standardize release processes

Test plan

  • All files are valid Markdown
  • No code changes — documentation only
  • Review positioning claims for accuracy
  • Verify competitive analysis is fair and current
