Problem
The setup describes configured refresh/input-delay values as performance outcomes without measurements. Boot, power activation, and video decoding have not been verified in the agent environment.
Summary
Record twenty startup samples per variant and their sandbox limits; document repeatable host boot, desktop-idle, monitor, power-profile, and codec checks. Preserve Fastfetch and visual settings pending representative evidence. Correct README claims and backup instructions.
Tests
Recorded startup medians: current 39.32 ms, without Fastfetch 33.95 ms; no PTY and sandbox restrictions limit interpretation. Python/documented-snippet syntax and full local regression suite passed. CI passed regression tests and ShellCheck on the current head. No desktop latency or power improvement claimed; host-session checks remain incomplete.
Risks and rollback
Stacked on #12; merge preceding PRs and retarget to main. Documentation-only PR; no tuning changed. Restore prior documentation by reverting this PR. Canonical personal context is updated locally separately, not published in this repository.
