The forward-integration bot promoted the locale-validation scripts and required-bm-locales.txt to release/26.9 (#119) but could not push .github/workflows/** under GITHUB_TOKEN, leaving the validators on 26.9 with nothing invoking them. Restore the workflow wiring to match release/26.8: - verify-zip.yml: add Step 10 to run validate-registry-translations.sh and add commerce-apps-manifest/translations/** and .github/config/** path triggers - test-scripts.yml: add .github/config/** path trigger Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <claude.noreply@salesforce.com>
