Features

VStreams is a general-purpose bot with a focus on utility commands and service integration.

VStreams covers a pretty wide range of functionality, so not all features are necessarily featured here.

Primary Features include:

• Service Integration

  • Livestream/Video notifications

    • Post information on specific streams while they are live
    • Optionally mention a role when they become live
    • Currently supports YouTube livestreams.

  • Social media feed update notifications

    • Post information when specific users post a Tweet!
    • Available feeds for tracking are highly limited in 2024, as Twitter has made it very difficult to access their data.
    • Currently supports X (formerly Twitter)

• General Utility

  • Join To Create
    • Configure join-to-create voice channel in you Discord server
    • Each server limited to 3 configuration (3 join-to-create channels)
  • Reaction Role
    • Setup reaction role your Discord server
    • Unlimited mumber of use

This bot is written in NodeJS using the Discord.js library for interaction with Discord.
