[issue #2] Adopt Liquid Glass mobile styling

Summary

• redesign the audience and host experiences with a mobile-first Liquid Glass visual system
• keep glass focused on navigation and interactive controls while preserving content hierarchy
• add inset-aware layouts for iPhone safe areas and fixed viewport controls
• improve touch targets, reduced-transparency behavior, focus visibility, and narrow-screen text fitting

• npm test (10/10)
• npm run lint
• npm run build
• git diff --check
• visual QA: 320x568, 390x844, 844x390, and 1920x1080
• independent design, mobile, QA, and security reviews passed

Notes

• This is a stacked PR on top of codex/minna-multisession-smile, the latest shared feature branch with a common Git history.
• Production deployment and native packaging remain separate release gates.
