Today, if rendering a Jinja-based model produces an empty SQL string, it results in a
ConfigErrordownstream, e.g., when we try to update the model schemas.This PR changes this behavior so that we treat such empty SQL strings similar to
ParsetimeAdapterCallError, thus returningNonein therendercall, signalling that the model can only be rendered at runtime.
