- 在 Search.vue 中导入 navigateToArtist 函数
- 为艺术家列表添加点击事件处理器
- 点击艺术家项目时调用 navigateToArtist 进行页面跳转
- 传递艺术家标题、源平台和ID作为参数
- 移除 SideBar.vue 中路由跳转的多余括号以优化代码格式
