I'm Austin Jones, a construction project manager with 10+ years of experience. I use ChatGPT, Claude Code and OpenAI Codex in my day-to-day professional work to turn field problems into practical dashboards, document workflows and browser-based 3D tools. I define the workflow, guide the AI-assisted implementation, and check the result against drawings, specifications and field conditions.

From floor overview to individual FF&E

  • Navigate the building: floor overview, exploded study, exterior context and a corridor walk.
  • Inspect the room: King Studio and Queen/Queen models with item tags, dimension callouts, search and layer controls.
  • Connect model and checklist: select a modeled item to inspect its checklist line, or open the model from the checklist.
  • Check the source: plans, elevations, details and field photos alongside the visual model.
