selat-cli 0.17.7 adds Arc mainnet to the onramp scope and fundable-chain registry (SELAT-AI/selat-cli#201). Closure regenerated via regenerate-selat-runtime-lock.sh; discovery and pay unchanged. Plugin version bumped alongside so `claude plugin update` picks up the new runtime. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>
