Summary

  • 0071-KneeCalfShape: joint-like knee soft + top-heavy calf belly bias (authoring RECIPE only).
  • Knee: 1.10× seam adj (max(taper_dist else thigh, calf_a)) + anisotropy ry 0.90 / rz 0.75 + mild outer/rear center bias; message rx=.
  • Calf: keep 0045 scales/names; offset calf_cyl.p0 only (lat 0.22×r, rear 0.28×r) — B6-safe; no p1/a/b offset.
  • Keep knee emit before adduction (co-move preserves bias). Pin retarget t5 + thigh T7.
  • Schema 1.4.0; MCP 46; no new C_*/CLI/PyPI/dual-radius.

Product proof (nofuse_0071)

  • knee rx=0.0539 ry=0.0486 rz=0.0405 (was buried 0.0337)
  • calf p0 lat=0.0104 rear=0.0132; C_calf_slant + C_no_dup_limb pass
  • D7: work/.../nofuse_0071/views/

Test plan

  • tests/test_proportion_knee_calf_shape.py T0–T12
  • pin t5 + thigh t7 retarget
  • ruff / format / basedpyright / full pytest
  • CI green before squash-merge

Not in scope

Patella, dual-radius, ConstraintRole knee, leg-wide knee (prox max), 0060/0070/0072 reopen, MediaPipe, MCP 47.

Knee soft scales from seam adj (taper_dist else thigh, calf_a) at 1.10x
with anisotropic axes (ry 0.90, rz 0.75) and mild outer/rear center bias.
Calf belly offsets cyl.p0 only (lat 0.22, rear 0.28); keep a/b on joints
and B6 p1 Y sync. Emit knee softs before adduction. Pin retarget t5/t7;
new T0-T12 suite.
