feat(proportion): face jaw soft mass ellipsoid freezes (0055) - #57

Convert RECIPE_jaw from world-axis box to ellipsoid soft mass under --face. Public JAW_* freezes preserve half-extents and chin-proximate Z band; measure jaw_vs_head_x_bulge_m against head surface (allow 0.015 m). Delete dead _box.
