Currently, there is no fine-grained search or filter capability by profile details (such as name, username, city, country, tech stack) for GitHub users in the app.

Implement filter/search functionality for GitHub users by name, username, city, country, and tech stack. Add UI and API support for these filters and display details in user profiles.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Only search by language/location/type (existing GitHub API support), which is too limiting for the app goals.
