I believe one needs to go from seethewater river grace (after the tibia mariner at the foot of Mt. Gelmir), through the valley, to get to the seethewater terminus grace.
The checklist for walkthrough tells you to go west from patches, but you can't get down that way.
Even if you go all the way to road of iniquity by volcano manor you can't get down to the terminus grace from there.
