Theme arc: v1.5 "Pays for itself" (ROI ledger + Self-Tuning Brain twin flagships), v2.0 "Never explore twice", v2.5 "From recall to reasoning", v3.0 "Skip what others already paid for". v1.5 fully decomposed into epics/stories/tasks; later releases at big-rock level. Self-tuning elevated on the citation-telemetry insight: kimetsu already records which retrievals actually helped — a free personal eval set to optimize against.
