Adds Oh My Android to
shelf/testing-qa.json: a free, MIT-licensed, open-source macOS app (Swift) that controls the Android Emulator and real phones (dark mode, font scale, RTL, TalkBack, network throttling, GPS mock, Layout Inspector in dp) and ships an MCP server for AI agents.tsx scripts/validate-shelf.tspasses (548 items).
