Correction: this submission is withdrawn and should not be merged. The only test performed was an unauthenticated POST that returned HTTP 200 with application code 1004 ("Invalid Token"); that does not verify endpoint functionality. The source issue #115 has been corrected to record that the endpoint remains unverified. Please close this PR.
