[BUG] Mail Delivery Status Notification (Failure)

Hello,

The Developer Portal states that if you want to make changes to an RSO app, you should send an email to devrel-rg@riotgames.com however, this email address does not exist.

As a workaround, however, I deleted the app and requested a new one, unfortunately, so far without any confirmation.

Approvals can take several months, the correct way to message them is via the devrel support ticket system https://support-developer.riotgames.com

But good luck actually getting an answer from them, my most recent ticket has been open since the 20th of may, and i've seen someone else with one open since february, so at this point we don't even know if anyone is even looking at these queues
