Played LoL for many years.

Hey team, I keep hitting a submission failure on the App Request Form for RSO game access and could use some help narrowing it down.

Linked App ID: 867123 (Sabugg)
Symptom: On Submit, I get a generic client-side popup: "Oops! An error occurred. Please try again." — no further detail shown to the user.
Network trace: The OPTIONS preflight to the RSO client endpoint returns 200 fine, but the actual POST request to rso-client (looks like it hits api/xdp/v1/rso-client, called from rsoClient.thunks.ts:27) returns HTTP 500. So this looks like a server-side failure, not a form validation rejection.

Happy to share screenshots of the Network tab / response if useful.

What steps have you tried to resolve the issue.

• Log out of the Developer Portal
• Attempt to log in via "Incognito Mode"
• Clear your browser cookies
• Attempt to login via a secondary device (mobile or different computer)

A lot of others issues seem to have the same problem in the developer discord when trying for RSO acess.

+1, I’m experiencing the same issue when submitting the RSO game access request. I get the "Oops! An error occurred. Please try again." message.
