…rt control - Fill the document pane with the "Starting the document" state while the first version is being written, instead of a small inline card. - Add an "Open in notebook" link next to the Document/Publish tabs. - Disable the effort trigger once locked, matching the model picker, and label it "Effort" with a lock icon.
