Cannot build the package

Hi,
I just cloned the repository and tried to build the documentation, but to no avail.
Here is what I've done:
Since I have the newest version of node, npm and angular (and this package doesn't work with newest angular-cli) I first did: npm install
Here you can see the list of packages after installation:
