feat(vms): the virtual machine page in French - #35

fr_FR.json gets the 164 strings that the page and its fixes added to en_US.json and it_IT.json, in the same order. Sizes are said in Go, as the page shows GB; the firmware is the micrologiciel, as in the Operating system window; a snapshot is an instantané, as it already is there.

The French strings of the virtual machine page (merged in #31): 164 keys, every key that
en_US.jsongained with the page and its fixes, appended at the end in the same order asen_US.jsonandit_IT.json.fr_FR.json(Éteindre, Forcer l'arrêt, Processeur, Micrologiciel, straight apostrophes, a plain space before a colon or a question mark); placeholders are identical to the English ones (14 keys have some).en_US.json, same placeholder names and counts, and all of them render through the repository's vue-i18n 9. Vitest on the virtual machine folder and on the ten specs that importfr_FRpass (22 files, 3038 tests).Wording choices that are open to change (nothing depends on them): Go or Gio for GB (the page counts in 1024s but prints GB), Micrologiciel or firmware, Défaire or Annuler for Undo, Restaurer for Go back, Plantée for Crashed, pont for bridge in two hints, Déposez-en une for Upload one, Coller en simulant la frappe for Paste as keys.
Not verified: by a native reader other than the maintainer, and in a real browser.
