WAITORA

WAITORA is a virtual queue management application for venues, restaurants, and event spaces.

Architecture

• Frontend: React (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) powered by Vite.
• Backend: Python + FastAPI.
• Database: SQLite using Python's built-in sqlite3 module.

Running the Application

1. Backend Setup

cd backend
python -m venv venv
# On Windows:
venv\Scripts\activate
pip install -r requirements.txt
python -m uvicorn app.main:app --reload --port 8000

2. Frontend Setup

cd frontend
npm install
npm run dev

Open http://localhost:5173 in your browser.
