Update flydsl to 0.2.0.dev20260608+c957349

Use dev wheel from AMD release server with --find-links. Add conftest.py to verify flydsl version at pytest startup. Soften install_requires to

=0.2.0.dev20260608 and handle pip install failure gracefully.
