Replace the NOTICE.md-based attribution with a softer Section 7(b) additional term (text-only "Powered by RED Collective", no hyperlink required, rebranding allowed) in ADDITIONAL_TERMS.md, referenced from a new LICENSE header. Add a plain-text footer to the default and admin Vue layouts. Re-point the README to ADDITIONAL_TERMS.md. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
