Use quilt's stitch instead, and generate quilt sided annotations instead of fabric's. See QuiltMC/quilt-loader#63 for the relevant annotations, and QuiltMC/stitch#5 for the relevant stitch changes.

Okay, now that adds theoretical support for type interface annotations. I haven't tested this yet though. |

This is enabled by default, but can be disabled.

Since the commit history differs that needs to be fixed before this can be merged.
