So, I was not very explicit. This PR only makes sense after
QubesOS/qubes-core-admin#758 is merged. I will try
to be more explicit next time. Normally I add a "Requires:" key for the
maintainers to await it to complete.
I guess it doesn't need to be reverted because it is just developer's
documentation anyway.
