- Migrates quiz generation from Pinecone/MongoDB to the shared ChromaDB store
- Adds JWT authentication to /generate-quiz (Contract v1 Section 10)
- Adds user_id-scoped retrieval (P0-3)
- Adds DELETE /document/{document_id} purge endpoint (P0-5)
- Fixes auth.py .env loading bug
- Verified end-to-end: store -> query -> delete -> query, all correct
- Includes weak topic detection module
