Archived 12 install_*.sh scripts (kept install_export_job.sh for chat mining). Archived 26 daemon scripts/wrappers superseded by Graphiti substrate. Archived 8 related documentation files from the recursive learning era.
These symlink-wiring and governance-check scripts belong to the Suite 6 era. The Graphiti-native session model replaces this workspace setup ceremony. Archived (not deleted) to preserve git history for reference.
These are the CURRENT active symlink/wiring/verification scripts per TODO.md's own "Already superseded" table (setup_workspace_symlinks.sh, check_governance_wiring.sh, wire_governance_workspace.sh are the stated replacement for deleted startup/init_workspace.py symlink logic), and validate_governance_no_hardcoded_paths.sh / validate_governance_symlinks.sh are referenced directly by rule 97-governance-ssot-paths.mdc as the enforcement gates. verify-setup-alignment.sh is likewise still run as part of the current session-start flow. This PR's stated intent is "archive pre-Graphiti + Suite 6 ceremony scripts (superseded)" -- these 6 are not superseded, they ARE the current wiring, so they stay at their active ops/scripts/ path. The remaining ~48 pre-Graphiti learning-system scripts (install_*, recursive_learning_*, memory_compounding*, pre_execution_checker*, etc.) are unaffected and remain archived.
