… episodes Added transform_learning_to_episodes.py script that converts: - repeated-mistakes.md -> 7 episodes - violations.jsonl -> 13 episodes - audit_log.jsonl -> 21 episodes - quick-fixes.md -> 3 episodes - solutions/*.md -> 2 episodes Output in learning/graphiti-episodes/ with manifest.json. Original files preserved (signal data is sacred). Ready for batch ingestion via graphiti_sink.emit_session().
