Compare the serving revision and template with the representation rules already used by the Schwab production readback: ignore server-generated servingState and container name, sort environment entries, and still compare image and all other runtime fields. Emit fixed categorical statuses that are not hidden by boolean secret masks.
Validation: 99 focused tests, Ruff and git diff --check.
