- Switch same-repo action and reusable workflow refs to the $/
self-repository syntax so they resolve at the running commit and cannot
be shadowed by a runtime checkout.
- Replace secrets: inherit on the reusable CI call with explicit
ANDROID_KEYSTORE_* secrets, declared on workflow_call in ci.yml.
- Move ${{ inputs.* }}, ${{ needs.* }}, and ${{ steps.* }} expansions out
of run blocks into step env vars in desktop-build.yml (template
injection findings).
- Merge the rnid bootstrap and tree-RSM verify steps so the ephemeral
venv PATH stays scoped to the step, dropping a GITHUB_PATH write. The
wails3 install keeps its GITHUB_PATH write with an inline ignore since
later job steps need GOPATH/bin on PATH.
- Sync the wails3 CLI pin with go.mod (beta.24, was beta.16).
- Bump docker/setup-buildx-action to v4.4.1 and docker/build-push-action
to v7.4.0 (supersedes dependabot PR #35).
- Reset the benchmark baseline cache key to go-bench-v4; the v3 baseline
predates the dep bump and the median deltas trip the 35% gate.
- Add a 7-day cooldown to all dependabot ecosystems.
